  3. Ugh, you’ve gone through so much with this! Weight is so tough. I’ve been struggling and yo-yoing as well my whole life so I know how you feel! I’m right there with you in hoping to get my life healthier this year! We got this!! 💖💖

  4. Journaling is such a great idea! I felt your story in my soul. My weight has been yo-yo'ing for 18 years, since birthing our youngest. Ugh. I have had my thyroid tested with labs and a sonogram. Basically, after I got same news you got… that I may just be bigger than I want for the rest of my life. My metabolism packed it's bag and ran away. Sigh. I am looking forward to following your journey Terryn. You're an inspiration! 💗

  5. Wow!! This is so inspiring!! I definitely think that uploading to YouTube has helps me to stay consistent on my weight loss journey!! I’m down 30 pounds and it sounds like that’s the way you’re heading, too, so I’m definitely subscribing and I can’t wait to watch you succeed!!

  6. I went from 105 pre pregnancy to 195 when I had her. After nexplanon (birth control) I was 215. I birthed a 10 pound little girl mind you, which seriously screwed me up. After birth control removal and 1 year later I'm taking apotenca from Amazon and I've lost 15 pounds!! I'm 200.6 lol

  7. Way to go Taryn!! You should try fitness Kickboxing I have been kickboxing for almost 2 1/2 years and works your whole body and the best part is it is only an hour long class. I am gong to be 50 in about 3 months and I trully am healthier and the most physically fit now at 49 than I was in my 20's. I am not a weigh in type person but I have gone from 190lbs to 170lbs. I have gained more muscle lost fat throughout. I went from size 16-18 to a solid 12 and some brands even a 10. It is tough losing weight as we ger older and I am okay with that, I workout 3 to 4 times a week and my diet is ok, I don't deprive myself if I want to eat a cheeseburger and fries I just eat less fries and eliminate the bun.
I will continue to be a loyal subscriber and continue to watch you videos all the wihile I will be cheering you on the entire way! You"ve got this!!!

  8. You go Terryn! So proud of you for being brave enough to share something personal about yourself that bothers you. Good luck. You look amazing, but I know you will feel even better after your journey. ❤Sending positive vibes your way❤

  9. I've been struggling with my weight as well for the last maybe 3 years or so but it didn't become as prominent until I reached my heaviest last March at 181 lbs. I'm a nurse, I work nights so my energy on my days off can most of the time not be so great. I'm definitely not very active and my diet is suffering as well. My mom has been struggling with her own weight for the last 10 years. We both went to Red Mountain Weight Loss Center and got on a plan that was very calorie restrictive. It was called RM3. It's a 3 step system. You take this RM3 patented prescription medication which is similar to the HCG diet because it has HCG inside the pill 2 times daily , as well as eating a high protein diet, cutting out all sugars, starches etc. There was a list of approved foods and how much protein you need each day, how much fruits and veggies etc. They offered hunger supressants which I unfortunately couldn't take after a bad allergic reaction. We had weekly check ins where we would get weighed and get fat burner shots. Plus Red Mountain has there own products like protein shakes, "pasta" and "rice" that were plant based, they have protein bars and chips for when you are further along in the program. Anyways just Google Red Mountain Weight Loss Centers and they have 2 diet plans. They're based in the southwest (we live in Phoenix Az). We did the RM3 and it worked. I got down to 156 as my lowest. My mom went from 190s to 140s. We did it from Memorial Day to maybe September or October. However it was very expensive and there was way too much food prep work. It wasn't the right diet for me because I don't really cook. My mom did all the cooking and I took care of the money aspect of it. Plus I had a hard time following it because yes, I was hungry!
We stopped it early October due to price and unfortunately we both have gained some weight back. I was 161 at Christmas and did gain over the last couple weeks. I was 166 the other morning. I really would like to find a diet that would work for my mom and I and get down to where I was pre nursing school which was 130s. When I graduated nursing school in 2015 I was 144-145ish and that would be awesome as well. I'm excited to follow your weight loss journey and wish you the best of luck! And please share any recipes that you try. That would be great!😊

  10. Thank you so much for sharing. I have struggled and yo yoed for years and am looking for to hearing about your journey. It definitely is not easy but hope you find something that works.

  11. Good luck with this new journey! I would love to see your grocery haul and recipes that you have. “What I eat in a day” videos always intrigue me too! Keto is something I’ve always wanted to try for weight loss but I love bread!!

  12. Thank you for being so open with your weight struggles. I’ve been in the same boat for quite awhile. I’m still holding onto the baby fat (keep in mind my daughter is almost 17 yrs old😳). Started intermittent fasting & it’s working so well for me. Also logging on My Fitness Pal & journaling to stay on track. I’ve been going to the gym for cardio & working out to strength training videos on YouTube at home. I have so much more energy & no digestive issues that I had before. With all the wonderful people supporting you on your channel I think that will help in your success! Good luck! 👍

  13. Thank you for sharing your story! I myself just turned 30 in December and am struggling with my body weight and I'm trying to find what is going to work for me to get healthier ♡

  14. Hey Terryn, A lot that you were talking about sounds like my sister. She would do so many different things and work out and everything and never lose weight. It wasn’t until she was diagnosed with PCOS and started getting treated for that that she started losing weight. Not saying that is an issue, but it never hurts to look into it. Great video, I can’t wait to follow your journey. Have a great day.😁❤️

  15. I started low carb about 6 months ago with my weight being 235 lbs and so far I have lost 50 pounds. I eat lots of veggies, protein and good fats. I feel so much better and I’ve almost completely reversed my type 2 diabetes diagnosis. I do weigh every day. It really help me be accountable to myself. You’ve got this girl! 😊 can’t wait to see your journey.

  16. I absolutely understand how you feel and how you are ready for this journey. I am also on my own weight loss journey. Have a few things that complicate the situation. I am type 2 diabetic, have a digestive disease called gastroparesis (the shut down of both the vegas nerves so I don't digest food for many hours and my body refuses a lot of foods) as well as neuropathy in my feet and hands. But I try very hard to manage my sugars and foods. Still waiting to loose weight. But I will never let this stop me from trying everything to help myself loose weight. I am so very interested in recipes and advice from anyone. I am always going to be supportive to you. Think you're amazing. Have a great day.

  17. I’ve always wanted to try keto but I have toddlers and struggle coming up with meals they would eat and would be healthy for them as well without making 3 separate meals.
How are you planning on involving your kids?

  18. Loving this! I look forward to seeing your journey I have hypothyroidism and high BP both heredity in my family and they can’t keep my TSH – T3 & T4 at s consistent level. So I decided to see a endocrinologist and I’m feeling a little bit better. I have lost 14 pounds and gained six back three in the past six months due to the migraines. I am so happy to be back in the In the gym so I can be the best me I can be. I’m not worried about the scales or the numbers just to be a healthy mom and wife !

  19. I have struggled literally my entire life with my weight, up and down, but mostly up. It is a constant battle. I've been over 200 lbs for 6 years… it's truly depressing. I get it, girl. You are truly so inspiring and this is incredibly motivating, not just to me, but so many if us I'm sure. Not that it matters, but I think you're so beautiful inside and out. Get that f-word out of your head! I know you wish for a healthier life and I hope that is what life brings you. Can't wait to see you shine and continue bringing magic to all of us. You've got this, girl!! Cheering you on!!! 😘🌈🏆🎉💕

  20. Thank you so much for this video! I can relate to so many things that you are going through and it's nice to know I'm not alone. I am at the same point where I just need to do it and be accountable. I also have the same issues with my ankle due to an injury when I was 16 and it causes issues with my knee on my other leg due to overcompensating for it. What has worked for me in the past is counting calories and working out, so I'm gonna try that again. Good luck on your weight loss journey and thanks again for a great video 😊

  21. I have struggled with weight my entire life I feel you and hope this works for you IV tried alot of different diets but the last 7 years IV had Crohn's disease which is a constant struggle because I can't eat any raw fruit and veggies nuts or seeds it makes the dieting world hard i can't wait to see your journey and ill be rooting for you!!!

  22. I haven’t even started watching this yet – but you are beautiful! I have a lot of extra weight and have always struggled too… especially ever since I had my first baby (he’s 10 🙈). But truly you are not someone I would ever consider “fat”. Don’t be too hard on yourself!
    💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

  23. You are so brave to talk about these things. Can’t wait to see your journey! We are on the weight loss train as well and after 20 pounds down hit a rut. I’d love to see what diets you do so maybe we can try them too! ❤️
