1. i do these with 10 pound ankle weights. you also shouldn't do triangles that quickly. you need to do them at a steady pace and hold it for a sec at the top to get the full benefit.

  2. you have honestly helped me so much in becoming more confident in working out and becoming better. i often have the excuse that i dont want to be surrounded by people who are more fit than me at the gym, but slowly i’ve come out of that over time and it’s been a big deal for me

  3. I had tried many butt workouts but this one is just another level! Super intense, I sweared a lot at first time. After few times though it's still very intense but feels very good after, just concentrate on the moves and you can get through it like a champ. Thanks, Cassey, for great workout! Xoxo
