1. Day 1: I finished this workout averaging about 15-24 reps not so bad. My back is definitely tight and I’ll bet it’ll be sore tomorrow but I’ll be doing this everyday for 100 days in hopes in getting muscles in my back. No psychical chances so far.

    My back really feels it…I do it everyday with the shoulder version but only 1 repetition…should i go for 2 or 3? Or 1 is enough? I did this as an extra after fullbody workout…please can i get anyone opinion? 😀
