  1. I hate the exercises in the moment but love them after lol. Thanks so much for the tips, I've always wondered why my forearms were aching, now I know why.

    Also, I'd love a video that has modifications/tips for shorties. I'm 5'2" and I'd love to do back hyper extensions but with my height, I can never seem to get the right positioning on the machine.

  2. I love you so much, you are so inspiring Krissy! I notice a lot of times when you do your biceps curls your elbows come too much forward instead of being still, so you´re not working on your biceps as mutch anymore. Just a tip:)
