  2. These videos have gotten me working out again after 4 years of doing nothing. I’ve been following the videos 5 days a week and counting my calories and I lost 5lbs over the course of this past month. And seeing my fitness increase has been the most rewarding part. In the beginning I could only do the low impact and had to take lots of breaks. Now, I can follow along with Angie for almost the whole workout, only sporadically going back to the low impact when I need to! Thank you so much for the great workouts!

Dear instructor lady, you might need to learn the phrase "march on the spot" if at any point that person looks like they need to regroup and then catch up not "Come on, come on" to me that was very insensitive everybody is not where yooou are "at" and while the young man kept going you as an instructor and "leader" should have watched out for him and not just yourself.

  5. This is the kind of stuff people want. We dont want to hear about how someone lost x amount of weight doing a workout. We want to see it so we know that it's not a waste of time.

  6. I am so happy I found these videos! I'm a stay at home mom with NO time for the gym and barely any time for anything other than taking care of the kids and household chores. Body project has been amazing for me! I can exercise while my kids nap, eat or watch a movie! Sometimes they even "exercise" with me. Thank you guys so much for helping me get to a healthier place!!!
