  2. I did and it worked…. but I tried again last 2 weeks after only couple months… it went so slow…..weight almost never gone… I am getting old and it's too difficult now.. T T

And i want to loose 3 kilo's, i'm now weighing sixty one & sixteen ounches. { I hope i spelled that correctly, lol, plz correct me if not, i like to learn from u.} How do i loose 'em, is dark choclate ok, sorry that this may not b clear, & thank u for ur time, love ur channel anyway Bossy, ur great, & i genuinely mean that.
