  1. Definitely build to suit you. Small office space can be frustrating, however future Heidi will kick herself in the ass for not doing it then have to find another space all over again. I think building will suit better long-term

  2. Build if you can afford it. It will probably take 10 to 12 months because builds always seems to run behind. But yea, I would definitely build so you can get exactly what you want. Can't wait to see the results of your lip flip.

  3. Building is going to take even more work plus time. Do you have the time to meet with people to pick everything you want and at the same time stay focused on your collections and sales, Plus keep up your channel? If so now is the time because you have no kids to worry about. Also financially what's better? I wouldn't build new unless it was worth it financially.

  4. If you really need a bigger space ASAP, I’d move into the one that’s ready. Then you could take your time designing what you want to build. When you’re building, sometimes they say 8-10 months but that can be a super rushed timeline and a number of things can set that back, which is annoying when you need to be in a bigger space right now. So if you go ahead and move, then you can take your time designing and planning exactly what you want and need, and you don’t need to rush the process.

  5. Build what you want! I understand that is 8-10 months away, but think of it this way… you have been making your small office space work for so long that a couple more month wont hurt.
