  2. I had a lower back surgery and would love to have a fat burning plan and a workout plan with zero back and knees mechanical stress. I am sure I am not the only one. Do you have something?

  3. Dang Funk! Good workouts. Living overseas, especially in Asia, helps alot too bc the food options are typically healthier and the portion sizes are smaller than in the US

I got one of your products that was suppose to be 10$ now I'm on some stupid reoccurring 47$ a month charge. and I am having such a hassle finding a good point of contact to discuss this. all I wanted to do was try the product and build a line of trust between us, I have been using the internet videos for years I figure I could trust this brand and now here I am feeling stupid and deceived. and I really need some one from your brad to contact me to resolve the issue.

AND I'VE GOT POWERFUL BIG RIPPED CALVES FROM HIKING AND ACTUALLY MOUNTAIN BIKING BUT WEAK HAMSTRINGS , ARRRRRGGG ,ANY ADVICE?

    Here’s why…

    Firstly, you can’t decide where your body burns fat (assuming you even get to fat burning). Fat comes off everywhere. That’s a fact.

    Very, very few people lose weight via exercise or getting a gym membership.

    This is done by DIET FIRST

    To burn fat you need to turn your body into a fat burner (rather than a sugar/carb burner)

    The only way to do this is via a KETO diet.

    If you stop eating sugar and carbs…the weight FALLS OFF…..revealing your abs.

    Then exercise your abs.

  10. Please stop making fools out of innocent people. Guys understand there is no such thing as spot reduction. It's 70% what you eat and 30% your workout you Cannot loose spot fat by doing any sort of excercise

  11. Great vid. A lot of info in a matter of seconds. Im just over 30yrs old, and because of the low impact movements of this workout, i think everyone should do it.

  12. Thanks for the video, I'll definitely add this to my workout. I'm 47 and recently lost about 67 pounds…..I'm at 193 as I type this.
    I still have a little belly fat (as compared to before). I also subscribed!
