  1. Laying on the floor drenched in sweat and sooo tired. I don't know if it's because I did some intense strength training right before this, but it was tough! I had to modify the best I could lol another amazing routine 💪⌛

  2. I tried all ur workouts and got amazing results on my body shape and reduce weight .but dr my legs are thiner i feel pain in my legs when im working
    Plz add some workouts for thick legs.
