This is NOT for anyone with serious knee problems. There is jogging and jumping rope at the end – not good for anyone like myself with serious knee pain, swelling, chrondromalacia, reduced joint space, and bone spurs. Also if you have lower back problems you might have to skip a few of the floor exercises.
I have knee pain, but not from any injury. I am severely overweight which puts so much stress on my knees from running, jumping, and bending them hurt. Unfortunately, only 3 stretches in and my knees hurt. I felt like there were many ways to avoid knee pain that weren't in this video.
it was a nice work out, thank you for that :o) but me, having bad knees, I didn't understand this rope jumping at the end …. there must be an alternative.
i am into the first few seconds where the lady lifts her right knee to her chest and i am already dying of pain (i am recovering after mlc 2 degree, its been 10 weeks almost). i guess i;'ll wait few more weeks before i do this and try something even easier (cause i still cannot bend my knee too much).
not for beginners. No modifications.
okay this was not for bad knees at least not my knees
How can this be for someone with bad knees when some of the exercises you have to do involved major bending to get down on the floor??

Woa! Jogging is what brought on my knee injury. Be careful.
Some of the exercises put too much stress on the knees and not challenging enough…anyone agree?
sure! I would certainly recommend friends as well, because they are very practical and valuable exercises
Thank you , great workout

Been struggling with a knee injury and thought I must wait till it completely heals . Glad to come across this
Love well structured low impact workouts! Way better than cardio if you know what you are doing.
Looks interesting. Gonna test it soon and share my knees' reactions. 🙂
Cool circuit! Trying today… looks easy, but agree with the comment before, plank moves seem challenging.
This seems like a great core workout as well. Those plank variations are probably going to burn 🙂
Great workout, gonna try it tomorrow 🙂
