  1. A lot of guys are saying dont do overhead presses you will regret it later down the road. I enjoy doing overhead presses on my 65 year old shoulder joints as well as behind the neck presses on a smith machine. I also have a shoulder press machine with side lateral and overhead press attachments. What's your recommendation in doing them safely?

  2. I think the lateral machine is an older nautilus. It has the red dot on the one side that your suppose to use to align your shoulder joint just like they had on the super pullover.

I follow your advice on numerous aspects of my training and nutrition. I was wondering if you could make a video with your opinions of the "Game Changer" movie on Netflix and using your scientific knowledge to elaborate further on their claims. Thank you!

  4. John help! 35 year old male here….You def seem like a trust worthy guy. I love your content. So informative. I started working out (weight training/some cardio) and dieting pretty hard 8 months ago with the goal of losing fat and gaining muscle. 235ish down to 180ish. Current diet has me at about 165 grams of protein a day. I’m looking to bump it up maybe to 200 grams to gain some more muscle. (Not looking to be a body builder or anything) Should I just throw in an extra meal throughout the day?

  6. John, next time you're up here you should check out the Animal House Gym in New Berlin. It's the best gym in the area. I would even meet up with you there to train with you. Love the channel. Cheers!
