  1. I have a feeling I'm doing this wrong. I've done this three times this week and each time I feel it in my thighs not so much my lower belly… I do feel a slight stretch in my belly when I reach for something but nothing else.

  2. Just to let you know please don't stop doing the higher level stuff too as I'm a training dancer and that's what I need! 🙂 thanks so much
