  1. Thank you very much! Just what I needed. I am 70 and have just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and am determined to heal myself naturally. I think Qi Gong will be great – gentle on the body – healing! Can't wait to wake up in the morning and get started – except the knee one – can't bend them – yet!

  2. I like all of Lee Holden's Qi-Gong videos. I have started using the 10-minute video to help me with my ocular migraines. At the first sign (grey spots in my vision which then become fractals), I begin the video. I've found using this restores my vision shortly after I complete the video. Reduces the severity and length of the migraine. My recovery time is much shorter.

  3. Combined with my once a week Inner Tai Chi class this daily exercise is a great help each morning.I somehow need to fit more Tai Chi into my work day. Indoors as Winter weather restricts this .Thank-you Mr. Tyler Trahan

  4. Wonderful Many thanks!!! I love Lee's teachings – so GREAT! I find that I have to go very slow compared to Lee's rhythm. I can only do it at about half his speed or I get light headed. The exercises are very powerful and really can build up energy. If too much collects around my heart, I have to brush the energy downward or just do it more slowly. I find that I have to work up to being able to move the energy and even though the exercises seem to be simple – they are very powerful… Building up my capacity to move the energy slowly. Even a couple of minutes to start is great and if I can do a couple of minutes tomorrow and gradually increase… patience and gratitude.

  5. Why have you copied the name of my style of Qi Gong? I have coined that, used that with my videos, and wonder why you would steal it? Your style is nothing like mine.

  6. Am sorry, but I don’t like how you are presenting qi gong. It is not about getting MORE energy, absolutely not. It is about regulating energy. ‘Qigong was developed to work with energy to maintain superior health, heal illness and realise profound inner stillness and spirituality.’
