1. I have a tip. With the muscle ups even though you were kipping a bit it looked like you weren't losing too much energy. From personal experience I reckon that you could do more reps with a slight kip and tire yourself out more. Trust me you will progress faster by just doing a few extra reps with a kip and in no time you will notice you can start doing more reps clean and strict. Also with your human flags start on the weaker side and finish on it so you do an extra set on it. These are not meant as offence in any way at all, you have a great physiche and are incredibly strong!!! these are just tips that will help alot later on.
