  1. Hey Sarah! That's a fantastic workout, I liked it a lot! You look fabulous and the exercises are great, too. So you should really record more of them! How about an upper body one, including some dips, push-ups, etc.? I know that's an area many girls struggle with ๐Ÿ™‚ Oh and just out of curiosity, how many push-ups (on the toes) can you currently do yourself? ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I wish I could just give you all my muscle, just to see what you would be able to do with it.
    It would HAVE TO be hilarious.
    You're SO TINY compared to me that I think you'd probably be able to just leap straight over a house.

    In any case, you look great.
    Not weirdly skinny or bony at all.
    You remind me so much of my "sister", who not only acts a lot like you, and looks kind of like you, but she's also built like you. Gets her clothes from the children's section.
    Her waist and my thigh are about the same size.
    I KNOW she doesn't work out to be skinny. She eats anything and everything she wants and sleeps like a cat, but just never gains any weight. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

    Sometimes it strikes me as weird that we're the same species. I'm probably like 3 of you.

    I definitely need to work out like 100x more than I do. >_>

  3. This is motivation!! It's not some super difficult work out that's impossible to do when you first start off. I haven't hit the gym since high school. I need to start working out some how again.

  5. I am actually a type 1 diabetic (noticing with the band thing that u talked about thought was interesting). I been watching your videos lately. Im trying to gain more muscle. I am not like as skinny as u are ๐Ÿ˜… but im hoping it will work good for what i want . I been using a excercise bike and i do that alot. I am also on a like a lower carb, like no real sugar diet so haha no cake ๐Ÿ˜
    But i like your hair videos. I been tryin to grow my hair longer. Was wondering your opinion on the inversion method (turn head upside down and massage it, sometimes with like coconut oil or something) i was wondering if you think that helps speed up the process

  7. Sarah, you are such an inspiration in so many ways! I really need to be better at remembering to exercise…One reason is I hate to be sweaty XD So swimming is my favorite form of exercise! Swimming isn't so ideal in winter though…
    But now you're inspiring me to want to follow along with your video soon and do those exercises…I think I shall try! ^^

    Also, my favorite cake is probably yellow cake with chocolate icing :3 What's yours??
