  1. best to eat and chew your food that's what stimulates the digestive process. drinking your food can put a lot of strain on digestion and can cause gut problems down the road. happened to people i know

  2. I love smoothies, taste wise. But i cannot drink them for the life of me. The texture is SOOO FUCKING HORRENDOUS 🤢🤢 clumps and bits in there. Eek! I gag. How do i make it better? I’ve tried adding milk/water. Doesn’t help.

  3. I became so excited to use the diet routine “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it). I didn`t alter my very own eating habits and did not improve my workout level. More than a period of a month, I shed around 6 lbs. With this this process, I did observe that I ate less and also filled up quicker. .
