1. I've done this workout a few times now and WOW ! I sweat during a workout but not dripping sweat during a workout but it does wear me out and gets me outta breath! It's amazing! Wish she had more free workout videos though. Other than that, I just stick with her Monday and Friday workouts! 😊😁😁

  2. At first she scared me with the workouts but now I'm definitely ready and pumped to do her workouts. I feel they make a difference and make you drench in sweat. Does anybody here do and have done her program???

  3. She is so obviously a man. I’m glad I’m not shaped like that, I have curves and feminine qualities. Ladies, this is not how you’re supposed to look.
