    Because in liquid diet there is going to be intake of fat.

  8. Hello ma'am .. I live in hostel.. I have pcod .. In this video u have shown not to eat wheat roti .. Bt it is not possible .. In hostel to eat bajra or multigrain roti .. Wat to do .. Even i want to loose weight also.. For that i have stopped eating rice also.. Give me some solution.. I seriously need ur help.. Plz help me out frm this….😅😄
