Ye koi mazak he kya ..aap ki dho vedio mene dekhi ek weight loss 10 kg in one month us mebe aap aese diet plan baataya he jime aap aese khana baata rahe he jisme Belcul be pet brne jesa nai he..or is vedio mebe same ..pcod pcos ..aap ki diet plan Belcul be sahe nai he isme bukhe log bemar pd jayege …guys … mene kud ke liye diet plan banaya ..vo he morning 3 roti with less oil green sabji and me duper ko lunch skip krti hu or sham ko fruits.just nyt ko fir se nyt ko 3 roti ya rice rice km khati hu.sat me morning excise krti hu one week me 4 kg less hogye

  2. Dear i have a problem i use to follow ur diet plan regularly but even when i stop it for 1 day i ll gain 2 to 3 kgs extra how to overcome this problem yaar pls help me

  3. This is the worst you could do for pcos patients. Such restrictive diet destroys the metabolism and even if you lose 10 kgs you will gain it back instantly. I think you too are following wrong diets and losing and gaining weight on and on. Just adding exercise, reducing carbs(carbs from vegetables should be consumed more) and increasing protein is enough and sustainable for pcos women.
