  1. Pasensya at determination ang secret sa pagpapayat. Pagwala ito , Hindi ka successful, Know your reason bat kailangan mo magbawas timbang. What made me determined na magbawas timbang ,was when my blood na yong poo ko. I was 94.5 kgs that time. Kung kayat nag search sa you tube papaano magpapayat. Because I was very impatient at ayaw ko matagal result, hinanap ko yong diet na madali result. At yon nakita ko military diet. It was my starting diet plan. It works for me 3 days without exercise , 3 kilo nabawas..after military diet nag count na ako nang calories .. and now I'm 67.5 kgs. Still not on my target weight , but I know I'm getting there.
