  1. Nothing beats real food. You don’t need protein powder which is full of chemicals and sugar. Protein powder is a waste of money. Bodybuilders promote this shit but do they use it? No. You think Phil Heath or Arnold won Mr Olympia with protein powder part of their diet?

  2. Amazed that people fall for protein powder and put it in their body. Just eat fish and veggies and chicken people. Do not pout this dehydrated processed stuff in.Its all a hoax. You know are the the fittest and healthiest ? The ones busy working all day . Nit the ones in the gym making pre workout drinks and shakes. They are fat and bloated as they do not move . They lift and hence activate the fat cells and growth. Stay lean eat simple and work and get rich .

I'm 72 and still work out with deads, total gym, doorway iron gym and recumbent bike. No roids, no HGH, just clean food and have gained muscle in the last year. So if you are over 40 you better believe you can still grow muscle. Just subbed, BTW. Cheers!

  4. You'd be amazed at the amount of ignoramuses out there who genuinely think that supplements = steroids. I got a warning of a friend of mine to "Be careful with that stuff" when he spotted my tub of protein powder, and I had to explain the difference to him.

    There are muscle protein synthesis EVENTS not a elevated flux, its a trash idea

    And „slow digestion“ just means its hard to digest bc its bad food source in this case
