  2. Is there any exercise to increase hip mobility? I am trying to be able to turn my hips and then my shoulders follow like all the pros do. My whole body wants to turn with minimal separation.

  3. I'm always looking for indoor, early morning exercises (when I do them) & I loved the short band routine. That I will do. I walk up & down our condo steps for cardio. Just a note on your last vid, I was always shy & anxious when meeting or going to new places & would do a test run first to a new venue or be around friends. Thanks for sharing your thoughts & keep your confidence up. You are a wonderful young lady! Love you!

  4. Thx for tips, Paige. Love your training partner-bodyguard. I wonder if you ever had a strength coach or pursued other fitness regimens IN recent past. I ask because you have some pretty good muscle mass, esp in the legs. Do you do any weighted squats or cross fit-type workouts? Thx again.

  5. Would you do this on off’ days? What stretches/ exercises would you recommend for golfing days? Love the band WOs…great for travelling/on the road….my knees dont like hi impact WOs so the split jumps are a non starter along with jumping jacks…i always have to modify….this was GREAT thanks so much for giving us videos on all aspects of golf….you go girl💞💞💞❤️❤️❤️💞💞💞
