  1. Great workout for a complete beginner which I started today Joe. Have you produced an arm only workout – to help with the old bingo wings – low impact one again please??

  2. Hi Joe, really enjoyed that but I always find that the moves that put you in a press up position always end up hurting my wrists. Is my technique really poor or will this go away with practice?
    Thanks again!

  3. 1st day of 90 day plan, disabled and really struggled with the mountain climbers and twist exercise. Anything I can replace these with. Not good on my knees and no strength in my arms or legs. Do you have any exercises I can do lying down. Left side of my legs damaged with radiotherapy treatment.

  4. I loved it. Great easy Hiit workout to get me motivated to work out again and haven't worked out in a month and I really felt this workout definitely keep up the easy Hiit workouts if possible💪✌👌🏽

  5. I am a beginner but I’ve had carpel tunnel operation in my right hand so it is a struggle to do the exercises on all fours because I can bend my hand back to support me. Can you recommend a workout that you have recorded where you don’t go on the deck. I’m fine with exercises while on my back, it’s just the other way that I can’t do. Would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks

  6. Loved this – perfect for sleeping babies! It would be handy to know some adaptations for positions (like the mountain climber) that can put pressure on the abdominal wall when recovering from pregnancy.

  7. Started this workout 2 weeks ago. Today is the first day I have been able to complete this workout, while keeping up with you! I am so happy 🙂 I am ready to move on to the beginner workouts! I hope!

  8. Morning Joe, thanks for this low impact workout, I have been following your workouts for about two months now, I had moved from beginning to intermediate in that time, however I have been ill the last two weeks, a bit of a setback. This is just what I needed to get back into it. 👍🏻
