Omg so many of us have missed your videos! You were seriously the reason I got into working out with kettlebells. I lost so much baby weight following you lol! ๐But THIS is even more appreciated! More "revisit" videos please ๐
The queen of kettle bells is back! Good to see you back, your workouts were the toughest I ever did, and I remember recommending your channel to many fitness instructors at the gym I used go to as they were impressed with my skills, and told me that I was the only person at the gym who uses a 20kg bell throughout their workouts, the truth was your workouts prepared me for theirs, the instructors had a challenge between them which was an American swing with a 20kg for as many as possible, and I was included on that challenge, the record was 80 swings over head, I did 81 just to beat the leader and don't make him look bad as I had a few more in me ๐ keep up the good work x
I discovered you about 6 or 7 years ago on YouTube and you inspired me so much! You're the reason I bought my first kettlebells. I got into fitness and I followed your workouts. Then life happened to me too and I lost my fitness mojo after so many years now I'm trying to get back on track… It's so lovely to see you make a comeback. You still inspire me and I value your realness and authenticity. I'm not interested in perfection in interested in real people who know what they're talking about. I'll look into joining your Facebook group. I wish you the very best xx
I guess once a week is better than nothing but I think itโs better to do โlessโ more often than โmoreโ less often. 5-10 mins a day is better than 1 30 min workout a week. Just my opinion ๐
Working out is like pushing a car. When you manage to get the car moving, you need to keep the MOMENTUM going.
For that a absolute minimum of "THREE" workouts a week is needed. Otherwise the car will come to a complete stop and it is going to be very hard every time you try to get it moving.
I workout 5 days a week, 10 minutes in the morning. I am very happy with the results, and I can easily fit it in to my daily schedule. ๐๐
Age is nothing but a number! Blow out of my arse of late, inspired me back then when I got into the bells, only thing that owns you is the iron, good to see you back!

I am 55, my knees stopped me doing burpees, and was not sure if kettlebell swings will aggravate the knee again? I need to get back on it too.
