1. I love fitness. But the handstand push-ups were almost as painful as the 'pull ups' (shout out lady centre right at 10:13 though, did those legit).

    Love these games and the athleticism. Just some things I can't get behind.

  2. Respect for the girls, but butterfly pull ups will remain the worst idea in crossfit. I saw plenty of reps not reaching bar height. And yes, i also do them when i cant avoid it
