1. I did this for 3 minutes and was completely out of breath! Need to stop smoking , but I get more tired doing this then actually on the thread mill
    My heart rate feels like it's going to explode, but I like it, its something new

I did the whole 11 mins and it was like you were there with me, i got a good work out and training that muscle memory.   4. Thanks so much for this coach. Sometimes my day gets so busy before I have to get to my graveyard shift. During the really slow hours I use this to get some sort of boxing training in. After doing it for a while I can feel the difference in my endurance and footwork. Again thanks so much

  5. I’m doing MMA and it’s been 3 months since my surgery and need at least 6 months to be able to start training again! I’m doing this workout at home because I’m willing to be back training in less than 6 months! Thanks for all the videos Coach!
