What about the fat to fit work out… have you stopped it…. u have left people who were following that series in middle of no where… plz dont start this kind of series if u cannot finish it… once in a blue moon u post a fat to fit series video anf how the hell do u think people will follow it… it been 10 days since u posted a video and now u have started a new series…rubbish….

  2. Paji shredded ki workout tu main kar raha ho.. bas thoda sa time hai tu reply kardo.. diet simply hi bata do meri diet abhi hai. 1 wight eggs 2 banana 3 wight rice 1 2 chapati. 4 protein. +sweet.. is me kuch aad karna hai

  3. Sunny bhai, m following ur intermediate program for last 3 weeks. First cycle done. Feeling really good as seeing few changes in my body. I was going to gym for last 3 years even then i m following intermediate program. Just want to know whether i should complete all cycles or i can move to advance level. I am on gaining right now and eating 400cal in addition to my tee. Also want to improve strength which i dnt know but i lost over a period of time.
