Im sorry Spartan apps.. this is too simple, yes u gotta have stamina and endurance and PATIENCE, but really. how can u grow? without new moves? at least 5 different exercises(moves) and then repeating round 1 2 3 for example. or even 12 exercises with 2 rounds like 7minute workout.
