  1. It's about nutrition and hitting your macros…..EVERY DAY. That is if you are serious about change. Whether your wanting to lose or gain…..if your weight training and not eating healthy…forget it. Skip is right on….pick a routine…there is plenty of good info out there….dont complicate things….just watch others in the gym….you should be able to see the ones who have bodies like what you want….watch them and get started. Stay consistent…eat right and you will start to see change.

  2. Skip plz tell me im 29 year old but i have a plan to train only for 5 years can i train heavy at this age I do not pretend to be a bodybuilder but simply to create a nice physical body
