1. When I first heard this song, I immediately thought that I had to create an intense cardio routine to it. I took the song title and literally had us make our arms into a “Knot.” And holding your arms like that makes the 180 degree jump turns so much harder because you can’t use your arms as momentum to get from front to back. It also causes you to use your core more. Notice the low impact options that I show you and have fun with this one. You will for sure break a sweat! ❤️❤️
