I love this! I tend to get dizzy when I do prolonged cardio but the intervals in this one helped me a lot! I also just wanted to thank you, Kola, bc I've been working out for over a year and a half now and I've barely seen changes in my body until I discovered your videos about a few weeks ago. I've been doing your "easy cardio workout" (the one that supposedly burns 200 calories) the first two weeks of discovering you, but after that I've still been doing it and just adding on 5-15 min workouts afterwards and I'm now starting to see those vertical ab lines on my tummy especially when I tense it up! I still have quite a lot of belly fat but honestly, seeing change motivates me so much; your voice overs also motivate me during the workout and I love your motto "You/I worked out today" and that makes me feel as if working out is no longer a chore but a fun activity that helps with my health so you bet I'll be sticking around everyday! Even if I don't comment, I'll be doing your workouts ❤️

Thank you so much, it is so nice having someone motivate me and workout with me! Now, do you have any videos for my dog? Cause she won’t even go on a walk anymore.
