Iv been training for 7 month I started doing 3 days straight one day off, 4-5 months in my body was feeling tired so I dropped to 7 reps 3 sets and 4 exercises per muscle and workout every other day but now I’m getting joint pains at the inside of my arms, how often should you have rest periods and for how long.

  9. Per the calculation spreadsheet I need around 2400 calories to loose weight which is also almost same as prescribed by my nutritionist. I measure my food intake calories through a app which shows I consume around 1400 calories on average. My question is since it is less than prescribed calorie would it help me to loose weight faster? Or is it recommended ??

Setting a goal to add the advanced workouts sometime in the first half of the new year. Sooo much great information here, thank you Doctor Balduzzi.
