  1. Very best advice from you: stay hydrated, 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs. "You can't out-exercise a bad diet." Thanks so much, Doc. Already lost seven lbs.

  2. That picture at 1:05 shows the INCREDIBLE difference that body fat % (you probably didn't necessarily add much muscle while big-time cutting) can have on appearance. Incredible.

  3. Great presentation. You detailed a lot of info other YouTube channels just skim over or get roasted in comments for skipping, skimping, etc. Liked and subscribed. Good luck guys.

Just found your video today and it’s really helpful already.

  6. Iv been training for 7 month I started doing 3 days straight one day off, 4-5 months in my body was feeling tired so I dropped to 7 reps 3 sets and 4 exercises per muscle and workout every other day but now I’m getting joint pains at the inside of my arms, how often should you have rest periods and for how long.

  9. Per the calculation spreadsheet I need around 2400 calories to loose weight which is also almost same as prescribed by my nutritionist. I measure my food intake calories through a app which shows I consume around 1400 calories on average. My question is since it is less than prescribed calorie would it help me to loose weight faster? Or is it recommended ??

  10. This is a great outline for workout routine for me. I'm at the intermediate level and will be following your advice and adding intensity and makinmg sure to squeeze the bar

  11. I've been working out for a while now but still consider myself a beginner. I thought I'd give it a shot and try adding your intermediate workouts to my routine today and it actually felt great! Setting a goal to add the advanced workouts sometime in the first half of the new year. Sooo much great information here, thank you Doctor Balduzzi.
