  1. what if you already have big, muscular legs… Is it worth to train them JUST for the testosterone and hormones? What exactly do growth hormones even do?

  2. Wow Brett another fantastic video. You’ve inspired me to start my own channel! I hate to be a beg but it’s so hard to gain viewers these days, my transformation video is up and I’ve put a lot of work into it, it would mean so much if you guys could check it out! Thanks

  3. I'm gonna start this routine, I've been just working out randomly and I don't seem to be getting the major gains like I used to. But your videos really be helping out, keep making videos homes. When he said, "In the name of our lord and savior athlean x" I died

  4. Ancient greeks didnt have the v shape. Makes your arms, hands and forearms look small, and make you look like a croisant.
Take a look at eugen sandow, to me the best phisique ever. No v shape, no boobs. Very strong and maaculine body.

  5. This has to be the best video you’ve done to date….I wish I would have had this kind of direction when I started….you hit all the correct points, not overwhelming….you actually going through the exercise and pointing out way is on target…..KUDOS….exceptionally well executed.👍🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻💪🏻🙌🏻

  6. This is some of the worst gym advice I’ve ever seen LOL. This man said bench for chest development like it isn’t one of the worst exercises for muscular development. Ok bro.

  7. This is actually really good man! I have been working since I was 14 but of course I didn’t know what I was doing and I can only bench 195, squat 255, deadlift over 300 because I didn’t get a good program so I would be much stronger by now if I did things right. But I think the best split you could do is antagonistic training.

    Day 1 Chest/back

    Day 2 Triceps/biceps

    Day 3 Legs

    Day 4 Shoulders

So basically Mike Rashids workout split

  8. For an average or possibly below average man regarding muscle mass, who has a fair amount of fat (as I know muscle uses fat as energy so far levels might affect the answer to this question) if that man followed this work out to the letter, doing everything it says, at a guess, how long do you think it would take until new exercises would need to be introduced? When would progress slow or plateau? Assuming the nutrition and rest and form and sleep times are healthy and how they should be of course.
