I'm not an american but got the highest respect for Navy Seals I can afford. These guys are amazing and I want to train like them by myself and have some questions: Do they train every time the same workouts? Do they train every day?
I will do this workout starting tommorow with running program. I'll update you guys after 30 days. My current weight as of the moment was 90 kgs with my height of 5'9
