    Warmup

    Jumping Jacks (4 count) x 40
    Half jumping jacks x 30
    Shake out
    Windmills (4 count) x 8
    Windmills (2 count) x 15
    Trunk side stretch x 8

    Pull

    Close grip pull-up x 3
    30 second pause
    Wide grip pull-up x 3
    30 second pause
    Close grip chin-up x 3
    30 second pause
    Behind neck pull-up x 3
    30 second pause
    Regular grip pull-up x 3
    30 sec pause
    Close grip pull-up x 3

    Push

    Dips x 12
    1 min pause
    Dips x 10 and hold 15 seconds
    1 min pause
    Dips (faster) x 15 and hold 1 min
    1 min pause
    Regular push-up (slow) x 10
    shake it out
    Regular push-up (faster) x 10
    shake it out
    Tricep push-up (slow) x 7

  3. I'm not an american but got the highest respect for Navy Seals I can afford. These guys are amazing and I want to train like them by myself and have some questions:
    Do they train every time the same workouts?
    Do they train every day?
