1. I’ve been doing 15 reps of 11 pounds bicep curls of 3 sets. 15 push ups of 3 sets. 15 squats with 4 sets with 22 pounds on my shoulders. What should I do? Should do more exercises? Should I increase the weight? I’m a really thin boi and I want to get stronger:)
