Giiiirl, I left a comment to say not to eat fast food on the weekend cuz you will regret it and guess who's been eating crap since then? 😂😂😂 Even after watching Snake Juice Sashas video on stop making excuses to eat, I still did it. I know you can do it and I know I can too (and all of you!). We all have the will but it's just trying to not give in..or at least keep trying which you definitely do 🙂

Food, for some, is almost like a drug… Don’t be upset with yourself for mistakes because you’ve already come a long way. Celebrate your accomplishments!!     You & I have the same affliction we are super hard on ourselves when it comes to our goals.

    One thing I learned, even if we are doing the extreme, the natural flow of things take time.

    I commend you on being able to have fast food & still truck through. I’ve had to stay away from it diligently since March because, discipline. One Big Mac a significant lbs loss leads me to believe I can still eat those things & lose the way I know my body can lose and that is not true. I end up going from one Big Mac to 5 or 8 expecting the same.

    Keep at it you know yourself & what you can’t trust on this journey to reaching your goal! ✨

  6. We had chicken strips too last night, one meal but more than we should have had. Funny thing I feel thinner today🤷🏽‍♀️ we’re the opposite with workouts, I love home workouts🌞💋💋

  7. I think you should be proud of yourself for keeping yourself in check and tweaking what you need to do. It's awesome you can identify what you are and are not ready for. Way to get that workout in that you didn't feel like doing. You go getter you!

  8. I am not proud of yesterday's food choices because of lack of nutrients but I am not upset. Today is a new day and the food choices will be better God willing. I didn't get points and I struggled to make that happen so it's a win to me overall. Thank you for watching ❤️
