  3. I also do this and it works better! But i add one more excercise called ab wheel rollout. Just do this 3 times a week after your workout and you will get more gains than one ab day a week

Hi i really impressed with your abs excersis its really amazing, what i need to know is, first of all we have to remove the fat around stomach the the abs will show up after that this wok out will take place and make the abs more visible  without removing its nothing it will remain under fat . so my question is HOW TO REMOVE ALL THE FAT AROUND STOMACH TO MAKE THE ABS VİSİBLE. waiting for your respond

    Just came across your videos – really nice work man your abs are insane!

    I was just wondering how often you trained abs like this – do you do them every day or every other day etc and do you find it best to train them before or after a workout or in between sets of a different muscle group?

  7. People say to get abs you need to diet. Yes thats correct to a degree… However if your working out you should already be dieting anyways. Why try lose weight/build muscle if your not dieting? Thats just idiotic. I use all 3 of these exercises, but I also have TRX cables at my gym which allows me to do an extra workout. I would always suggest doing HIIT cardio after training abs. This helped me reduce body fat and my abs just pop. Try this twice a week for 4 weeks and see a huge difference.

Mike, I know a lot of people joke around on your channel, but I have to keep it real with you right quick.  Last year on my birthday (August 1st, 2013) I decided to make a change, that change was to lose weight, but I didn't have any clue how.  I started following your channel, and at first I thought, "here's another arrogant prick talking down on fat people (lol)."  At the time I weighed 220 pounds and keep in mind I'm only 5'9.  This year I am celebrating not only my birthday, but also the 1 year anniversary of me deciding to care about health, exercise, yada yada.  Sorry for all the rambling, but currently I weigh 185, and although I have not reached my goal…I thought I should thank you for putting the time and effort into the channel.  I am also a college student, and people sometimes don't understand the effort that goes into something like a youtube channel, especially when you have a page in high demand.  Secondly I'd like to apologize for ever thinking you were an arrogant prick, it's just that sometimes when people like me a year ago view people in shape, we attack them personally because they have the physique and positive mindset we want as well… 1 year later (almost) I'm still watching the channel and I hope you continue doing this for me and other's..It truly changed my life.

  10. finally got my squat rack w/ a pull up bar on it. had to come back to this vid to check out the exercises.  i have been dying to incorperate the hanging leg raise and twists, that is gonna be the key exercises for abs now.
