1. Nice! I personally love beginner workouts. I find I focus more during them. I just up my weight and away I go! My husband is the opposite of yours… he THINKS he can still eat anything😂

  2. I'm going to attempt this tomorrow. I plan on using your workouts to get my strength back after a double mastectomy in May. I'll just go through the arm movements without weight to get my range of motion back and the lower body moves should be fine for me! It's been slow healing, still have a lot of pressure and stiffness with limited range of motion. But I really need to start building the strength back up, baby steps!
