1. I have never climbed because there is no to climb! But I plan to try it someday. Just going to say that over the past year I have been consistently doing yoga practice for 30-60 minutes 3-4 days a week, I have been shocked at how much stronger, and more flexible I have become. Also, it has healed up some old pains (from freestyle BMX) that I never thought would leave.
    There are lots of free yoga classes on YouTube, and they are much harder workouts than most people realize.

    Could you make a tutorial on proper and safe shoulder training?
    Intense bouldering does take a toll on shoulders and I always wondered how to train and climb without ruining them.
