  1. Hey Damien, question on the dips. I have been doing your 101 for mass and started doing weighted dips instead of bench dips (didn't want to balance 3 plates) and currently do 15-12-12-12 with 35 lbs hanging. For this workout, would you advise me doing the reps with weight, or increasing the reps before burnout? About a month ago a buddy challenged me to a dip contest and I stopped at 37 because he did like 20 something. I'd rather not do a shiz-ton of dips. However if you think that is a better idea, then I would do it. Thanks again for putting together and awesome channel.
