  1. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚ you did a bit of the same thing forgetting a workout in your 20 minute beginners hiit home workout video. You are so funny, you remind me of Russell Brand, and thatโ€™ s a huge compliment, heโ€™s the best!

  2. Iโ€™m over 60 and I use a HIIT workout daily and I love it. I like the versatility and the fact that when you find a timer you like this works great when you travel. I am also adding jump rope to my workout and hoping this will help improve my overall fitness. Stay with it and you will enjoy a better lifestyle.

  3. Thanks for this, Bodycoach! I have a day off today and would usually talk advantage of my time off to workout at my local gym, however, I have an important parcel being delivered and the thought of waiting around for it and becoming lazy would put me off going the gym afterwards, so I fired up this video and now I feel great! I can still wait for my delivery and slack off for the rest of the day. Thanks again! You're an inspration to me and many others.

  4. I love that you cater for all fitness levels and love that you forgot the knee up part, as your only human. I did have a little chuckle though ๐Ÿ‘“ ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Loved it!, will start with this one first and build up.

  5. I am just wondering, i have a rotating cuff tendonitis on my right shoulder, was wondering if I could still try doing this HIIT for beginners. I wanted to loose my pregnancy weight, since it's been four years haha!

  6. I've been doing this workout regularly for about 4 months with some excellent results. Just what I needed. However, to not forget the high knee exercise, I repeat watch the first round over and over and have to keep track of how many rounds I've done. I would VERY MUCH appreciate if Joe could film this again without missing the one exercise out after the 1st round. THANK YOU!

  7. I am disabled in my arms and legs do you have any suggestions to what exercises you have to do I watched your programs on tv 13th Feb and it was amazing to see how those people got on

  8. Great workout took quite a bit of effort to get through the last set yesterday but its killed my legs today. Im worried what an intermediate hiit will do to me!

  9. OMG, just did this for the first time. First two rounds I found easy, then I started feeling sick- but made it to the end- just about. FEELING GREAT now

  10. I enjoy your workouts – watching you for now – have to work towards actually doing it. Iโ€™ll do a few at a time, Iโ€™m after all in my 70s and didnโ€™t do much

  11. This is great! thank you for going through everything in detail and in real time! I'll use this video on a tablet while I workout so I can see everything and not be worried about timers or forgetting anything. being a beginner can make this daunting so I appreciate your effort!!
