  2. Yo Chris can I lower the amount of pushups in the warm up because by the time I get to pike pushups my wrists are killing me. I do them all with perfect form but I have to rest in between every once in a while.

  3. I love how in this video they're at like different levels of fitness yet Heria still expects Tucker to keep up! It's like no excuse, if you can move you can do it 👍💪
