  1. I appreciate these short workouts so much! Sometimes I only have a few moments and I want to do a quick workout without listening to somebody talk for half the video. These are great, thanks!

  2. Excellent set of weights!>>>ur2.pl/1182 I start with these for motivation, then I get on my BOWFLEX M3 MAX TRAINER! I can do cardio and strength in the same workout! I do a set of reps for three different muscles, then after I do a set for each of those muscles, I FEEL ENERGIZED TO HOP ON MY ELLIPTICAL (the M3) FOR 20 MINUTES, then I get off and do 2 more sets for those three different muscle groups, and I'm done!! Excellent equipment, just gotta keep doing it at least 5 times a week!

  3. First 2 se fine, 3 & 4, not only slower but the burn, oh the burn reduced my reps. Good job, I'll do this when I just want a short upper body workout. Thanks

  4. I'm 17 already in good shape (could already do 50 press ups non stop), just wanting to build muscle. I'm not dieting at all, I eat a lot of junk food everday (fast metabolism💪). I have kept to this workout for 10 days with a day break. My arms have increased significantly along with my back muscles and abs. This is a great workout which works! Thanks a lot!

  5. Just finished this workout and struggling to type my arms feel so heavy! Great workout really feeling it. Now to once again eat some of my overnight oats that are meant to be for the morning! Thanks Joe!
