  3. Love Leslie Love the Wake up and Walk series but I gotta tell you.. This was a horrible cut. It's all over the place and it's hard to break a sweat without replacing the arm stuff with jogging in place.

  5. You are motivating Me.. although I Haven't started it yet but I have got a couple of questions. 1. How many calories does this 15 mins walk burn ? 2. Is it ok just to do this walk at home if I can't go out for a walk? HOW WILL IT HELP ME ?

  6. Our hole family , are using daily 4 videos of 15 to 20 minuts , playing on tv, doing same from last 3 months in the morning, better for family, very effective, easy, no instruments, room space sufficient, thanks LS.

  7. I love Leslie; I'm not sure what happened, but I think this video was piece-mealed together. It didn't transition from the warm to moderate, to high/interval. Going to find another, but did anyone else experience the same thing?
