  2. I'm in my 3rd trimester with our fourth child and this workout is perfect! I love the fact that it is low impact and varies so much – it is so wonderful to have a trainer who is willing to take the time to make videos accessible to people like me. Thank you!

  4. Wow just did my 3rd day of this and definitely sweated way more than day one , should it be getting easier instead of harder,or am I just so so unfit .

  6. Hey Lucy!!! First of all, I have to congratulate you for your videos and your health and fitness tips! You are gorgeous!!!! I really need your advice…I started following a healthy diet about 3 months ago and have lost 17lb until today. But now I also want to start exercising so as to lose weight more easily and tone my body at the same time. I am a beginner. I've already finished a week of your indoor walking workouts, which I think are awesome, and I can notice some difference on me. I workout 6 days a week. Do you think I should add some other workouts in my routine, maybe some 4 minute HIITs, or just wait for maybe a month so that my body won't get tired too easily? Do you have any other workouts to suggest? I would really appreciate it, if you helped me…

  7. Hi Lucy , wonderful video .. working out after a long time . I lost a lot of post pregnancy weight doing your November challenge workout and came back to my previous weight . Thanks for that as well 👍🏼👍🏼. Please do more disastitis workouts.

  8. Other than everyday walking and a longer walk on a weekend, I don’t do any other form of exercise, I do dip in and out of doing Lucy’s workouts.
    I have reduced my amount of calories I am eating in a day (I am using my fitness pal) I’ve now lost just over 4 stone in just under 14 months, and I’m actually loving the benefits it’s giving me.
