  4. I burned 340 cals doing this workout. I am using my fitness pal to track my food and exercise so I did this workout wearing my polar ft4 watch. I'm 5ft 7 and currently weigh 150lbs

  6. Hi Lucy, I love these 30 min workouts because it is so much more convenient to finish my entire workout over one video than trying patch one together with all your many options. That is not to say that the shorter ones did not help… They are great too because they helped me build my stamina and confidence and brought me to this point.
