  2. A back workout! Yay!! Iv'e been wanting to workout my back because I keep injuring it while swing dancing. Funny how when I start working out an area I haven't trained before, it feels really crappy initially and it's hard for me to even sense the muscles I'm using. I will definitely be coming back to this video

  3. Another question, I would be interested which and how much workouts you do per day in one week. Is it possible that you make a video where you show your workouts of a whole week? Of course not the full workouts but probably which part of the body you train, how long, etc.? I hope you understand waht I mean.
