  1. I cant squat because of a patellar syndrome, what kind of execise can I do to avoid to hurt myself ? (no squat, no jump according to my doctor) PS : I really like your videos 😀 Keep going !

  2. Fire workout! I have had a sprained ankle for a few weeks now and have not been able to do any of the jumping routines comfortably. This was great and with a few variations didnt affect my ankle at all.

  3. Hello Maddie, just wonder if it's possible for you to specify the level required to be able to do this workout? Or create some beginner workouts because I love what you do and your videos, but it's very hard to follow you and it demoralizes sometimes…. Thanks 🙂 <3
