  1. That was truly amazing! I decided to take up yoga a week ago. Although I gave up after 2 days because everything was so difficult for me. So today I came across this video and I think I am going to continue with yoga!

  3. Something went wrong when I was threading my arm, I wasn't exerting (I think), but my shoulder popped (painlessly), and now it keeps clicking, which is kind of uncomfortable…

  4. Thanks Sarah Beth, I’ve just done this and found it so nice, I’m a beginner and I’m 62, found it easy to follow and love the soothing sound of your voice. I look forward to doing it again tomorrow morning. Hopefully my flexibility will improve as I continue doing it each day. 🙏🏻😊

  5. I have a bit of a belly and asthma and those two things make it almost impossible to breath when I’m bent over at the waste and my knees are bent, is the an alternative or modification?
