  1. Fantastic Sean, could barely reach the floor at the beginning and by the end had flat palms and bent elbows whilst doing forward fold! Thank you.

  2. Thanks Sean for constantly reminding to relax. I have to get over feeling the need to feel muscle resistance during stretch but instead relax and work towards expanding range of motion.

  3. This one felt really good as it turns out I was tight from singing the Christmas cantata last night, and there was all kinds of sitting, standing, going up & down stairs, and other actions that punish the human body.
